Biden also “reiterated his pledge to repeal President Donald Trump’s ‘Muslim ban’ on his first day in office.”
There is no “Muslim ban.” It’s a ban on Muslim and non-Muslim countries that cannot or will not provide adequate information about those who want to enter the U.S. Repealing this would endanger national security. Also, it was the Obama Administration that selected the list of Muslim countries in Trump’s executive order.
Nor is it true that Trump has some hatred for Muslims. There was even a pro-Trump Muslim event recently, but it was given little coverage in media and was Zoom-bombed as the event “descended into chaos.”
Targeting the Muslim vote is a Democrat team effort: Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar have called for a high Muslim voter turnout to “outvote” Trump’s “hate” and “bigotry.” Biden is fiercely seeking the Muslim vote at any cost, including his stunt during his debate with Trump when he declared “inshallah,” the Arabic for “God willing.” The Biden camp is prepared to go to any lengths, from Islamopandering to selling out American interests. And of course the center of their efforts is portraying Trump’s efforts to protect American national security as “hate.”
