But Will Democrats Follow Biden?

The Lone Cactus

An interesting idea cropped up as I was reading some articles this morning. I found it fascinating that Joe Biden would lose the entire state of Virginia, I mean, totally get white-washed, and then come back and try to double down on his agenda items. He knows he’s a failure, and so he wants Democrats to hurry up and get his spending bills through Congress as quickly as possible before getting swept out of office. I have a few problems with that way of thinking.

First of all, Joe is the titular head of the Democrat party right now, as any sitting president is. As addle-minded and out of touch with reality as Biden is, and there’s not just a plurality, but an overwhelming majority of Americans that feel that way (and it grows every day), he has to look out not just for his own ideas, but his party’s…

The Calvin and Hobbes Resignation Letter Is the Best I’ve Ever Seen, and It’s Suddenly Very Relevant

Going into this week’s election, Terry McAuliffe, Phil Murphy, and other politicians had every reason to expect voters to cheer similar interventions in other areas. But voters, it turns out, are over their pandemic panic and want something closer to a traditionally restrained government minding its manners and paying attention to the public’s concerns.

“From Virginia’s Tidewater region to the Philadelphia suburbs to Long Island, voters on Tuesday issued an unmistakable repudiation of the Democratic Party that was wider and deeper than…

The Mad Jewess

Artist: Leon Francois Comerre

Matthew 11:25At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.

The people who profess to be wise are the ones that OFTEN miss what is happening. If you come to God, saying you really do not know all that much, he can reveal to you very deep things in the Bible.

Ponder on this.
