So Artaxes Brainbench has been sparking some interesting discussion about the nature of evil. Let me back up a little bit, JP Sears, the comedian and social commentary guy released a short video about evil that was simple, but enlightening. Sklyjd, who is an evangelizing atheist, came along attempted to object in a manner that reflects his completely incoherent worldview and the pot was thus stirred.

Much like JP Sears, I also once changed my mind about evil. In my case it may go a bit deeper than that. DC Mayor Says No Virtual Learning, Giving Unvaccinated Black Teens Zero Alternative Options

The District of Columbia does not appear to have a contingency plan for unvaccinated students, who are banned from attending schools in person this fall after the first 20 days, according to comments made by Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser Thursday.

During a press conference, Bowser, a Democrat, admitted there are no alternative options, including virtual learning, for students who cannot attend school due to the District’s vaccine mandate, meaning unvaccinated children will effectively be left without an education.

Over 40% of blacks ages 12-17 are not vaccinated, according to city data.

“Student loan debt relief is spending that raises demand and increases inflation.”

President Joe Biden announced today that the federal government is canceling up to $20,000 in student loan debt for families making up to $250,000 a year, costing taxpayers another $300 billion.

Biden’s authority for this move is a mystery. Last summer, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said very clearly that Biden cannot do this. She told reporters:

“People think that the president of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness; he does not. He can postpone [payments] … but he does not have that power [debt forgiveness]. That has to be an act of Congress.”

Liberal economist Larry Summers, who correctly warned us about Biden’s inflationary socialist spending, warned again that Biden’s latest scheme is throwing more inflationary fuel on the fire. He wrote:

This whole thing with Biden “forgiving” the school debt for most of the people that have college debt has hit a nerve in the country. Yes, I will admit that there is a HUGE number of people that took out college loans, got degrees in fields where the prospects of landing a job are pretty much zero, and then can’t afford to pay their loans back. But I have one nagging question.

Why should I be responsible for paying back someone else’s loan?

The obvious answer is, I shouldn’t be. There are several things wrong with Biden’s plan… which pretty much follows his modus operandi throughout his presidency. First and foremost, you are teaching our kids that it’s OK to welch on a loan. And yes, I understand some of these kids can’t pay it off because they don’t have the money. That’s called a lesson.
